\"Liquid War is a unique multiplayer wargame. Its rules are

Liquid War requires Allegro, which is not GPL covered but is listed as Free

Liquid War runs on GNU/Linux, MS-DOS and MS-Windows.
Both Allegro and Liquid War are part of the Debian project.
