Hi,
For such a small project you probably want to use an all permissive
license such as the Modified BSD license. Otherwise you'll need to provide
a tarbal with the GNU GPL + add a license notice that is larger than the
program itself ;-)
Could you please submit your project again when you've decided ?
When you do that please provide a URL to the current code or the code itself
if it's small enough.
