OK... I found more details in
https://savannah.gnu.org/savannah.html#Publishing%20this%20document.
The document's sources are aparently in the subversions.gnu.org:/cvs CVS
repository, but it can only be read/modified by members of the gnudocs
group (and, I'm not ;) ).
Unfortunately, this document, even if it's a piece of savannah's
documentation cannot be modified by members of its projects :(
Is there a possibility to change things ?
