[Savannah-hackers] found the problem with the script sf_cvs

Hi folks,

I've found the problem of the sf_cvs script, it does not like people who
have quotes in their name (like David O'Toole, the GNU Octal
maintainer). I am going to fix the script (I will remove the quotes in
name, we'll look for a better fix later) and see which things the
script was supposed to do and did not.
