Summary: Bug tracker email status section too wide

Original Submission:  Hi all;

The status section of emails that are sent by Savannah's bug tracker are
exactly 80 chars wide (2 columns of status values, each 40 chars wide). On a
standard 80-char terminal running Emacs to read mail (for example) this causes
every line to be wrapped due to the last whitespace on the line.

It would be much nicer to read this email of you could change the formatting of
the email so that the status section was no more than 79 characters wide (or 78
chars wide, with two columns of 39 chars each). Convention and netiquette both
suggest limiting your line length to no more than 79 chars.

Thanks!
