Summary:  Error on links

Original Submission:  In the page 
https://savannah.nongnu.org/people/?group=site-engine, there is an error in the 
links.

You have the text "Project Help Wanted for... Here is a list of positions 
available for this project." and then a table with the job description.

The links of title and project are wrong. Instead of linking to 
https://savannah.gnu.org/people/viewjob.php?group_id=297&job_id=20, for 
example, it links to https:///people/viewjob.php?group_id=297&job_id=20, and 
you get a "Server not found" page.

Take a look at the print screen attached. Pay atention to the status bar.
