Summary:  management with sftp doesn't seem to work .....

Original Submission:  Trying to manage files project with sftp desn't seem to 
work. I can't connect with sftp :

sftp -1 address@hidden:/pengfork/

i got this answer :
You tried to execute: `/usr/local/bin/cvssh -c /usr/lib/misc/sftp-server'.
Sorry, you are only allowed to execute :
CVS_RSH=ssh cvs commands
rsync from /cvsroot or /upload.
rsync to /upload.
sftp to and from /upload.
Connection closed

same error with /upload/pengfork or /upload/

openssh version 3.4_p1 on gentoo 1.3
