Summary:  URGENT - User Docs (FAQ) -> savannah project homepage

Original Submission:  The FAQ is no longer pointing to the FAQ. Now one gets 
the homepage of the savannah project. Tested under Netscape under Mandrake 
Linux, and Internet Explorer 5.5. What gives?
