Summary:  no theme for /phpsysinfo 

Original Submission:  The page /phpsysinfo/index.php doesn't not find the theme 
informations if no cookies exists (created when a user choose a theme).

Normally,  we are this that case
else {
   // no theme was defined, we use the default one
   define('SV_THEME', $sys_themedefault);
}

Need to find out why it doesnt work.
Maybe a broken path about the require(); that result on a empty value for 
$sys_themedefault
