Summary:  incorrect "Old Value" at the patches changelog

Original Submission:  The "Old Value" at the tracker item history is 
1970-01-01. 
Go to any patches item, and click the title, you can see its changelog at the 
bottom. There, the "Old Value" is set to 1970-01-01.
