Can you please give more details, eventually screenshots.

There's no frames on savannah.gnu.org and the page you are talking about works 
right according to my tests with many browser as konqueror, galeon/mozilla, 
dillo, lynx, the non-free you are using...

completely readable in Netscape4.7 as I use. The right side is cutted off. I 
dont know why. Maybe it belongs to a frame You use.
