As in the title:

template.rb  "Front Page" missed from all translations


Either there's a bug in rgettext or we all used rgettext wrongly
or there's something else i missed.

Line 81 of the 070120 snapshot of template.rb is:

i suggest we add it to all translations.  i've done pl/fr/es.
