Would you please run the script from a shell and send
me a paste of the output?

I assume that you have cron running the script from
the command line and that you're not trying to run it
via the web.

Note what the following has to say on the topic regarding
a flush of the buffers:

Please let me know if you're able to apply this towards
solving your problem.

The script works fine in my environment so I'm guessing
that we'll have to figure it out for your environment.
