Details:

In the webpage, currently the space above and below the headers is equal (this
is the default in HTML). It would be good if the necessary styles can be added
to bring the headers closer to the text under them. 

In Commit 731239dc
<http://git.maneage.org/webpage.git/commit/?id=731239dc967>, I had done this
with a simple style at the top of the HTML. Pedram, you may be able to improve
it now ;-)
