Details:

Following the Skype meeting <https://framadate.org/s2Xtw9r79yPLM7g2> we had,
Zahra Sharbaf suggested we add a `Known Issues' section, just like how the
`Gnuastro' documentation has pointed them out.

To achieve this, the issues that new users might face should be collected, and
the *known-issues* page should explain and tackle them one by one.
