Details:
Until recently, we weren't actually using Open MPI in astropy because of
`mpi4py' wasn't compatible with the most recent version of OpenMPI, but this
problem was recently fixed
<http://git.savannah.nongnu.org/cgit/reproduce.git/commit/?id=555fbf3>.
In a recent build of the template in a project, we noticed that Astropy (which
now uses `mpi4py' through `h5py') can't run. It complained about
`plm_rsh_agent' needing SSH.
I am now adding OpenSSH to the template to fix this problem.
