Details:

Libicov <https://www.gnu.org/software/libiconv/> has been set as a
prerequisite of Git. It was done so because on a macOS system Git couldn't be
built without this library. This has already
<http://git.savannah.nongnu.org/cgit/reproduce.git/commit/?id=5761eecf6c> been
pushed to the master branch.

This issue was found by Prasenjit Saha.
