i see some new reviews lately; but i suppose this review is not yet completed? -
codeberg is not listed on the website yet; and the checklist has not been
updated since July 2021‎

if any of the new reviews has changed any of the existing information or
completed any missing information on the checklist, please update it

overall, codeberg appears to be among the most libre-minded options, at least
according to the documentation and TOS - codeberg is popular enough and libre
enough to recommend - keeping the checklist up-to-date is the best way to avoid
losing track of progress
