i have established the checklist template, and created stubs for
notabug.org, pagure.io, and sh.ht

the evaluation results for notabug are buried in the archives of
this mailing list, and will need to be located and extracted;
but i remember that the evaluation was mostly or fully complete

i dont remember if pagure or sourcehut have been discussed
thoroughly on this mailing list; but the FSF forge evaluation
team probably has most of the relevant data
