im not clear on (9) - how is an email address related to
security? - this is most likely a privacy concern

is this suggesting that the forge should not present user's
email addresses to the public? - if so, then i agree that is a
valuable feature - most of them do that already (im not aware
of any which do not); and also allow a secondary email address,
other than the one used at registration time, to be presented to
other users instead, optionally
