Hello fellow freeaboos,
GitHub should also be noted to fail at the stage C2. Their terms of
service is discriminatory. Here is the very first term:
1. You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
Also the second one is dubious:
2. You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other
automated methods are not permitted.
What if someone doesn't identify as human? GitHub is pushing their Code
of Conflict yet they have terms like this. I'm getting mixed messages.
The third one is discriminatory as well.
3. You must provide your name, a valid email address, and any other
information requested in order to complete the signup process.
Not everyone has a legal name, email or the possible other information.
Also this is very bad for users' privacy.
Fourth one is a bit odd as well:
4. Your login may only be used by one person - i.e., a single login
may not be shared by multiple people - except that a machine
user's actions may be directed by multiple people. You may create
separate logins for as many people as your plan allows.
What about people with multiple personality disorders or something like
that?
The first one of these is the most problematic, the others are mostly
just not consistent with their other publications.

PS. I really appreciate FSF and GNU taking a stance regarding code
hosting.
