you solve any technical problems you may have with Minarca or Rdiffweb. I
do my best to make the installation and configuration process as simple as
possible. If you can provide technical details about what goes wrong during
the installation process, I'll be better able to help you solve your
problems.
As a start, you may provide the steps and command line you ran with the
error message that gets raised.
