Just to provide a different data point, on my Debian (Wheezy) system, I find
something over 800 files with "::" in the file name, most in
/usr/share/man/pt_BR/man3/ and two in /var/lib/libxml-sax-
perl/ParserDetails.d/.
Examples:
/usr/share/man/pt_BR/man3/local::lib.3pm.gz
/var/lib/libxml-sax-perl/ParserDetails.d/10-XML::SAX::PurePerl
Aside: I've been trying to send a (new post / thread) to this mail list
(addressed to rdiff-backup-users@nongnu.org) and it has been rejected multiple
times -- I'm curious to see if this gets to the list. If it does, I have to
try to figure out why my new post doesn't get to the list.
