[rdiff-backup-users] save only one file

How can I save only 1 file with rdiff-backup (for exemple /rep/myfile.zip) ?
The syntax need directory and don't accept specific file

There is a lot of things in the directory /rep/ and I want only to save 
myfile.zip

rdiff-backup /rep/myfile.zip /backup/myfile.zip is not supported
Fatal Error: Source /rep/myfile.zip is not a directory

Any idea ?
