Hello everybody,

I have some issues with my backup destination. I'm would like to use my
network hard drive StoreCenter
(https://iomega-eu-en.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/iomega_eu_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=19354&p_sid=XRxAPuOj&p_lva=14599)
trough CIFS to save my rdiff-data.

I have the following error :

C:\>rdiff-backup.exe -v5 --no-hard-links f:\/ y:/rdiff/ >
F:\rdiff_not_working_cifs.txt
Fatal Error: Bad rdiff-backup-data dir on destination side

The rdiff-backup data directory y:/rdiff/rdiff-backup-data
exists, but we cannot find a valid current_mirror marker. You can
avoid this message by removing the rdiff-backup-data directory;
however any data in it will be lost.

Probably this error was caused because the first rdiff-backup session
into a new directory failed. If this is the case it is safe to delete
the rdiff-backup-data directory because there is no important
information in it.

Here the output :

If I compare this output with another correctly working, the abilities
for destination looks like the same.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this ?

Thanks in advance,
