Josh's rdiffweb does this neatly (through a web interface). Just find 
the file in the listing and it states (for instance) '6 Previous 
Revisions' - hover over this and you see the dates, just click on one 
and it's yours. Much the easiest way to recover individual files, 
especially earlier versions.
