[rdiff-backup-users] Error 13

[listserv . traffic]

I'm getting this error again. Last time I got it, I started a new
repository.

But it's back...

What's odd is that it claims it finished the backup pass, but
rdiff-backup exits with a 255 code.

It also regresses the next backup before starting, so clearly it
doesn't think it ended correctly not-withstanding the log.

Details:
RDiff-Backup 1.3.3 on Windows, using windows native binary.
Source and Dest are local sata disks.
NTFS partitions on both systems.
