Win 2003 server, cygwin
RDiff-backup 1.2.8 (Although it appears to occur just the same with
1.2.1)

But I keep getting this error when I try to do anything with the
rdiff-archive...
(My script is subsequently set to remove all diffs older than a year, and I
know
it doesn't make sense in the context, but here's what I get...)

It doesn't appear to be an rdiff-backup destination dir
