I have now created the dedicated rdiff-backup PPA.

@Andrew: I took the liberty to make you an administrator in the team.
Whenever a new version of rdiff-backup (stable branch) is released I'll
upload a the version to my private PPA. If it survives a couple of days
testing it will be copied to the "real" PPA mentioned above.
