[rdiff-backup-users] VSS Exception '[Errno 13] Permission denied' raised of class

Just wondering if everybody knows why it shows this error even you have admin 
right to the folder while backing up using a Microsoft VSS.
So I do is take a snapshot and expose it to a drive then using Rdiff-backup to 
backup that drive. While doing backup, this error shows in backuplog. thanks,
