[rdiff-backup-users] Help how to restore a single file or directory on windows.

I use rdiff-backup 1.2 on windows xp. I am trying to restore a archived file 
/directory but has no luck. Suggestions? or syntax please. 

I tried this but no luck

rdiff-backup 
host.net::/remote-dir/rdiff-backup-data/increments/myfile.2008-10-05T12:21:41-07:00.diff.gz
 local-dir/file
