[rdiff-backup-users] Can rdiff-backup produce diff file for two directory?

rdiff-backup can be used for incremental backup and reverse diffs are stored 
in a special subdirectory of that backup directory, so is it possible to
produce diff files for two directory not just for different time of one
directory.
