[rdiff-backup-users] Rdiff Backup

Hey all ,

i was wondering , is it possible to get rdiff-backup to only 'transfer'
'patchs' to be fully bandwidth efficient ?

for example , if 2 bytes of change is made into 8GB csv file , i just want
to 'patch' or 'diff' of them to get transfered not entire file .
