[rdiff-backup-users] Increments only

Yeah I understand that, but I would have a central debian server which is my 
primary backup server running rdiff but I also need a secondary backup server 
(FTP) to which I could first send the whole data (compressed and encrypted) and 
later just the diffs so if the office goes up in flames I could restore the 
backup from the FTP?
