[rdiff-backup-users] Restore to a new computer?

I've been semi-diligently backing up my laptop to
my big machine for awhile.  I have a new laptop on order.
Is any sort of setup necessary on the new machine or
can I simply restore from my backup archive to my
new computer using rdiff-backup -r?
