[rdiff-backup-users] PST Restore Issue

Hi,
I've been trying to restore a folder from backup but keep running into a hiccup with rdiff-backup.  When I go to restore a directory, everything seems fine until rdiff trys to restore an outlook .pst file, then it just hangs on the following line:

Applying patch user/old-email.pst.2006-08-01T22:01:02-05:00.diff.gz

I'm able to restore a directory from backup that doesn't include a pst file, successfully. Does rdiff-backup have a problem handling .pst files?  Oddly, I've a restored a .pst file before in the past, so I'm kind of stumped at this current behaivor.  Do anyone know or heard of any issues with restoring .pst files?  Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
