Dean,

fs_abilities.py in 1.1.8 has a problem.  The lines:

  def set_escape_dos_devices(self):
    SetConnections.UpdateGlobal('escape_dos_devices', \
                                self.dest_fsa.escape_dos_devices)

were randomly added after "def get_readonly_fsa" at line 445.  That code
block needs to be at the end of "class SetGlobals" at about line 477
(just before or after the new set_symlink_perms).

Cygwin generates EACCESS on fsync -- so accept it rather than dieing.
