Hi
This is really a question for Ben. I've run into the same problems as
previously discussed on the list trying to compile librsync-0.9.5.1. (RH9
2.4.20-9). I've also tried CVS - break's in a slightly different way (at the
./autogen.sh stage), and 0.9.5, which does compile.
I'm thinking of just patching 0.9.5 source with the key fixes in 0.9.5.1.
Looking at a diff between 0.9.5 and 0.9.5.1, it appears the key code changes
are in buff.c, rs_filebuf_free(): call to free() - the memory leak I
presume, some extra code in delta.c (weak_sig), and another free() fix in
job.c, rs_job_free().
Could you confirm there aren't any other major gotchas in 0.9.5 that your
0.9.5.1 addresses?
Thanks
Tim Allen
