This is a known problem, and a fix would require changing how files
are backed up. I'm sure it would be worth it. So there is basically
no way to back up filenames that are close to the maximum length. If
you'd like to avoid the errors you can --exclude the files, for
instance --exclude '**/NewRoot/__**'.
