I'm not sure it can. They're very different programs.

Ranger seems to just splurge on all the keybindings at once. In a way
that's good, but I find it irritating if all the good keys are taken
with duplicates of other things. Hence this idea is actually quite
appealing to me. (For example, I don't use "hjkl" navigation and
they're good keys.)
