Since there was no good way to open all image files with "sxiv"
-- simple x image viewer -- while retaining the sorting order from
ranger and starting with the currently selected file, a workaround has
been added to do this. It can be enabled by setting
"sxiv_opens_all_files=true" which is enabled by default.
If no files are marked, it translates rifle.conf entries of the type
"sxiv [...] $@" into "sxiv -n $number $all_image_files" where $number is
the index of the currently selected file in the list of $all_image_files.
This makes "rifle_sxiv.sh" obsolete, but you can still use it if you
want of course.
I might add the same type of workaround for `feh' later, but I'll also
try to think of some way to do this without any workaround.
