[Ranger-users] New versions, 1.2.2 and 1.3.1

I'm happy to announce a new stable version, 1.2.2.
It includes a couple of bugfixes, hopefully without introducing
new bugs.

And a new testing version, 1.3.1, which supports loading customized
previews in the background and spawning external cp/mv processes for
copying.

To use this feature, type "ranger --copy-config=scope", then edit the
~/.config/ranger/scope.sh to your likings and install the programs which
it calls (all optional, get the ones you want).  Namely:

* archives: atool
* code: highlight
* html: elinks or lynx
* images: img2txt from caca-utils
* pdf: pdftotext
* audio: haven't found a decent music to text converter yet...
