[Quilt-dev] Default headers for "quilt header" command

Hello,

Quite a while ago there was a patch that applied a default header (if present) when using the "quilt header -r" command. Is there a reason this was never merged mainline? This would be very useful for projects that utilize a common header. Link to original thread:
