[PATCH v6 1/6] configure: Create symbolic links for pc-bios/*.elf files

Now we need to ship the OpenSBI fw_dynamic.elf image for the
RISC-V Spike machine, it requires us to create symbolic links
for pc-bios/*.elf files.
