How to access a USB device on "Qemu PowerPC emulator for MacOS9 on win10"?

Dear Sir;

I am a user of Qemu-ppc. I run MacOS9 in Qemu and I use win10 for my host system .

I need to use a usb device(keyspan serial adapter) on MacOS,

but how can I write the script to let qemu-ppc access the usb device ?

another question how can I let Qemu access real DVD-ROM drive on Win 10 PC machine?
