problems with ipad pro

I have an Ipad Pro 11"

I had installed AltStore and UTM virtual machine

I have a MACOS iso file.

This is my config of the UTM virtual machine

And this is the error when I try to load the iso file from the CDROOM

Attached is the debug log.

Could you please help me with this?
