This seems almost identical to:

   https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/2019-06/msg01583.html

The differences being:

  1) the use of "arch:ppc64" instead of "arch:ppc64le"
  2) the use of a fedora based kernel, which matches most other similar
     tests.

If you agree, I can fold you change regarding #1 into that patch,
while keeping #2.  Let me what you think.
