Sorry but installing Mac OS 10.4 in any of the Macintosh targets currently does not work. Mac OS 10.2 does work. 

I would avoid the -cpu option. It doesn't seem to work. 

There is one person on this list who can run Mac OS 10.4 on the Mac 99 target, but he didn't install it. He just used a preinstalled disk image. 

The install problem with Mac OS 10.4 needs to be investigated. My only guess is it is a problem with OpenBIOS. Perhaps a missing property.
