oh.... I try:

qemu-system-ppc -cdrom /home/sacarde/lubuntu-13.04-desktop-powerpc.iso -m 
512 -k en-us -net nic -net tap,vlan=0,ifname=tap0 -boot 
d -hda /home/sacarde/mioppc2.img -M mac99 -g 1024x768x32

and now is working !!

very very ... very slow... but now lubuntu start
