By AVD, if you refer to Android emulator included in Android Studio,
it's a downstream fork of QEMU. So the performance will be on par (or
worse) than upstream QEMU.
The only way to have something that goes fast is to have aarch64
hardware and use kvm acceleration (on Linux, or equivalent on
Windows/MacOS).
